For those who dont know, powder coating, industrial painting, uses static electric like a car coil to charge the powder and it can build up a sizeable charge before jumping and giving a 2 inch or more spark show So... There I was quite happy powder coating some framework at work and listening to my player via the headphones when the cable must have got a bit near the frame and ZAP!!! I get a static shock straight through the ear pieces kin ouch!! anyone had a similar experience?
