Me and my family are moving from our house to a bungalow due to my wife's medical condition. You certainly don't realise just how much stuff you have till you have to start lugging it about! My loft is my biggest headache, in it I found: A complete Skoda Estelle dashboard, a complete Skoda Rapid dashboard, 3 Estelle/Rapid instrument clusters, an assortment of 17 Skoda front and rear seats, loads of Skoda carpets, loads of Skoda trim parts, 2 headlamps, a pile of side glass and a grille. Also there are 19 large boxes of car magazines. As well as that there are several prams, child seats, Xmas decs, 2 tents and all kinds of other crap! In the garden there are 3 sheds, there are 5 Estelle fuel tanks and 3 engines amongst goodness only knows what other Skoda stuff as well as bikes, garden tools and mower!

It's a lot of stuff, but less than a third of what I have at the garage!
